We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and deliver our services, including processing invoices and creating Xero bills on your behalf

3. Invoice and Financial Data

Invoice PDFs you submit are processed solely for the purpose of extracting line item data and creating bills in your connected Xero organisation. Invoice content is not stored after processing is complete and is not used for any other purpose, including training AI models.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure infrastructure. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We connect to Xero via the official Xero API using OAuth authentication. We never store your Xero login credentials.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services in the operation of our platform:

• Xero — for bill creation via their official API
• Supabase — for database infrastructure
• Anthropic Claude — for AI-powered invoice processing
• Vercel — for website hosting

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.
