These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StreamOps AI website and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
StreamOps AI provides AI-powered automation services for businesses using Xero accounting software. Our Services include, but are not limited to, automated invoice processing, bill creation, and workflow automation.
During the beta phase, Services are provided to selected participants under agreed terms. Features and pricing may change before general availability.
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old, be operating a legitimate business, have a valid Xero subscription, and have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organisation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@streamopsai.com.au if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
We connect to Xero on your behalf via OAuth. You authorise us to interact with your Xero organisation solely for the purpose of delivering the Services you have requested.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to our Services, including invoice PDFs and Xero account information. By using our Services, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
While we strive for high accuracy in invoice processing and line item matching, you remain responsible for reviewing all bills created in Xero before approval and payment. StreamOps AI is a tool to assist your workflow — final review and approval of financial records remains your responsibility.
Beta participants will be notified of pricing before any charges apply. Subscription fees for paid plans are billed monthly in advance in Australian dollars (AUD). You authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on the agreed billing date.
Subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
All intellectual property in the StreamOps AI platform, including software, designs, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to StreamOps AI. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamOps AI's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profit or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We aim to provide reliable and available Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend Services for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, and will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible.
Either party may terminate the service relationship by providing 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms and fail to remedy that breach within 7 days of written notice.
Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease. We will provide a reasonable opportunity for you to export your data prior to deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via our website. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
